Eat a Frog Every Day

Do you eat a frog every day for breakfast?  It’s one way to boost your productivity & make you feel like a hero for the rest of the day!

What am I talking about?

Creating a daily task list.  Taking the time to sit (the day before) & write down on a piece of paper all of the things that you want to accomplish.

And the one you really don’t want to do, that you’re dreading, that may be the most difficult – that’s the Frog.

And that’s the one that should be done first before all of the other tasks.

If you get the gruesome task done before breakfast then you’ll feel like a weight has been lifted & getting the other stuff done will be a lot easier.

When each task is complete, cross it off the list or give it a huge tick.  I don’t know why writing things down on paper & crossing them off gives me such a buzz – but it does!

Try it – start today.

Over time you’ll be able to look back & see exactly what you’ve been doing with your days & how productive you’ve been.
