Create a Default Diary

How can you get the most out of every hour of every working day?

What’s a really powerful tool to keep you on track for your goals and plans?

What’s one of the best ways to get back your focus when a distraction or emergency drags you away from what you’re working on?

🔑 The key:  Create a Default Diary  🔑

Take a good look at what you want to achieve over the next 3 years.  Break this down into yearly goals.  Split the yearly goals into 90 day plans.

Then take a look at what activities you need to do in order to achieve your 90 day plan.

Grab a piece of paper or a spreadsheet and block out times in your week where you will do these activities.  Being very specific on the time blocks.

E.g. Every day at 16:30-17:00 put a planning session for the next day.  Monday at 11:00-13:00 is Marketing Activities. 15:30-16:30 each day is returning phone calls.

When you come into the office, make sure your default diary is visible & that you stick to it.

If you get distracted with an emergency, when you come back you can pick up where you left off.
