ActionCOACH Team Excellence has strengthened its marketing offering with the addition of three new team members.
Each new colleague brings a diverse range of exciting skills from varying areas of marketing, and we couldn’t be happier to bring them onboard. The new marketing team will be assisting our clients in achieving great results with their marketing, as well as shaking up our own activity.
Here’s a snapshot of what each newbie brings to Team Excellence:
Lydia Boucher, Marketing Manager
Lydia joins us after working for a psychometric assessment provider for 4 years, followed by a year with a self-funded tech start-up. Lydia understands the importance of a customer-centric marketing strategy that gets results.
She is a digital enthusiast and brings a range of social media, email marketing and digital advertising expertise. Outside of work, Lydia likes to get creative with baking and embroidery, and she’s also a regular at many of Marlow’s pubs!

Leilani Hayward, Marketing Executive
Leilani graduated from the University of Westminster, specialising in visual communication. She began her marketing journey in central London, working for a fast-paced chain of live music venues.
After successfully branding their most recent venture, Leilani decided to pursue her ambition in growing business identity and success through creative digital marketing. Out of the office, Leilani likes to create illustrations on a casual freelance basis, alongside planning her next trip exploring different parts of the world.

Natasha Graham, Marketing Executive
Natasha spent several years in the public relations industry, working with various B2C and B2B brands – both global and local. With her broad client experience, she brings a real passion for achieving and exceeding company targets.
With knowledge of social media marketing, copywriting and digital communication, Natasha is confident that she can support any business, whatever their goal. Away from her desk, Natasha can be found walking in the Oxfordshire countryside (when the weather is nice), or relaxing with a gin and tonic in a local pub.
