One where employees have hushed conversations in corners, where backstabbing is rife, where team members destroy each other, where people trample on their colleagues to progress?

How about a company where the managers rule their employees with fear & bully them into doing things?

Or one where teams are being micro-managed & all of their creativity is being stomped on?

How about a company that disrespect their customers & look down on them? That have an attitude that they know best & their customers are idiots.

Or perhaps a company that treats their Supplier partners as slaves & are constantly trying to beat them down on price.

Always being a high maintenance customer to them. Expecting them to bend over backwards at their slightest whim.

Companies that haven’t documented their Points of Culture, or where these are buried & not used… tend to evolve their own culture. And it’s usually a nasty one.

Having Points of Culture clearly shows how the employees should be treating each other, how they treat the customers, how management works with the employees & the company values. It’s essential for huge growth.
