Presented by national newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky, OBE, ‘Franchising the Next Generation’ reveals the positive impact franchising has on individuals, businesses, society and the economy.  ActionCOACH is focused on helping businesses maximise their potential and profits.

Action Coach Steve Mullins has worked closely with Jeff, business owner of Sussex County Dog Training. They have worked together for a number of years and been able to expand the business in multiple areas. Having an Action Coach on board allowed Jeff to stay focused, create new ideas, strategies and structure the business for expansion over the years.

Jeff’s business started as a dog training centre and turned into a limited company slightly prior to getting ActionCOACH onboard. Back then, Jeff’s vision was to expand the business into a doggy daycare centre. However, since being with ActionCOACH, not only did Jeff expand into a doggy daycare but expand the business portfolio into the dog food and treat market also. Steve was able to implement one of many strategies ActionCOACH has used for businesses to expand in multiple industries.

Sussex County Dogs saw an increase in growth year after year since being with ActionCOACH. Last year, 2018, has shown a staggering 70% profit on a previous year’s growth. Steve’s expertise in helping business owners as well as using the ActionCOACH model provided the know how to implement the strategies.
