Tell us something interesting about yourself:
After my first day at ActionCOACH over a decade ago, I didn’t turn up to my job for the 2nd day, the first day was the hardest day of my professional career and I left thinking I couldn’t do it. Only a conversation with my father the next day made my whole life change. In his honest deep Yorkshire voice he said ‘Nothing worth doing is easy Son, if you are after an easy life, join the queue… until you get to the front, work hard and smart… That sits with me to do this day, fortunately I did turn up on the 3rd day and have not looked back since.

p.s – I don’t know how long the queue is, So I am still working hard and smart 🙂
