For me it’s all about making a difference, before developing the UK franchise with Ian, I was a coach myself and I love seeing the benefit that coaching can bring to businesses and owners and their families.

It was an honour to be invited on the Millionaire Panel at the UK launch of the movie ‘Think + Grow Rich’ by Napoleon Hill.

What are your favourite pastimes?
I love travelling with my family and friends and I am an avid Amazon shopper.

Playing games and having fun with my children. Nothing better than a summer day in the back garden playing all day long. BBQ, fun, smiles, laughter and many games!

I love to travel down to Cornwall with my family; this also means that I can take my dog Archie. But my favourite holiday was spending a month in Indonesia!

I’ve been a contestant in Series 16 of BBC2’s Only Connect, so tune into that to hear 5 interesting introduction facts about me…

What are your favourite pastimes?
I love to ski and managed to get in a trip to the mountains just before lockdown. I also enjoy swimming and regularly practice yoga.

Favourite holiday destination?
My honeymoon to Indonesia was pretty epic – we got to see orangutans and Komodo dragons in the wild, hiked a volcano, ate amazing food, and the snorkelling was incredible.

Integrity – I appreciate honesty because it makes communication clearer and relationships stronger. Education – As an ex tutor, I really hope I’m always learning and am prepared to change to improve. Balance – What’s the point of working if it’s not to enjoy your life?

I have a cow named after me at my friends farm. I helped calve her and when you call her name, she will come over to the gate for a fuss.

Renovating our house and hog roasting with my boyfriends, parents business.

Isle of Man. We found a fantastic restaurant, JACS, in Douglas. Best steaks and beef stroganoff!

I have been riding horses since I was 4 and currently own my own; His name is Alfie and he is a 23 year old Ex Racehorse.

Tell us something interesting about yourself:
Ian Christelow always feels my ability to sing in Japanese is interesting. However the pantomime that I wrote and directed was perhaps a body of work that I am most proud of. ‘Nautical but Nice.’

What are your favourite pastimes?
Used to be Amateur Dramatics but since losing my title of ‘The best dancer in Norfolk possibly the world’ I now quiz 3 or 4 times a month so am open to bribes on ActionCOACH events to team up with my coaches. Mad cat lady too (it comes to us all).

Favourite holiday destination:
Holidays have never played a part of life as in my childhood, my parents ran several small businesses that were not able to run without them…but my favourite place is North Norfolk. ‘Norwich being the place where the most beautiful girls are born!’

Abundance…I love seeing how the coaches support each other. Consistency…I hope that’s something I strive to achieve. Fun…What else?

Since I joined I’ve been introduced to hugely influential and successful people who I’ve taken so much from. I’ve overcome personal demons and felt supported every step of the way. I’ve also cultivated relationships which I’m sure will be a huge part of my life for the long run!

I can play 7 musical instruments and also I can do incredible things with a teapot and some bath salts (Ask Julie!)… My Great Uncle (Jack Rowley) is the 4th highest top scorer ever for Manchester United behind Wayne Rooney, Bobby Charlton and Dennis Law.

What are your favourite pastimes?
Performing & watching live music and attending the Theatre of Dreams at the weekend! (should I have put something about my partner here?…)

Orlando , Florida! No Question.

Fun – Because who wants to be anything else?!
Balance – Everything has a balance and finding the right balance for yourself is critical to happiness and success.
Gratitude – Too many of us humans are never appreciative of “our lot” it’s great to strive for more and something that I’d advise everybody to do! However , it’s equally as important to appreciate the things that we already have/have achieved as they are ultimately what made you the person you are today!

I think the best thing about working for ActionCOACH has got to be the education! I’m lucky enough to travel all around the UK filming client growth stories every week. Everywhere I travel, I learn something new and exciting that helps my own career development in many different ways!

One day I want to win an award at BEF with my own successful photography and video company. With help of course from my very own ActionCOACH.

What are your favourite pastime?
I love spending time with my family and friends or relaxing at home with my girlfriend. I’m also obsessed with going abroad and travelling! I love meeting new people from different cultures along the way and documenting all of it through my love of photography and video!

I think Phong Nha in Vietnam is the most beautiful and exciting place I have ever been to! So far…

I stated my career as an Advertising and Commercial photographer shooting cars for manufacturers.

What are your favourite pastimes?
Spending time with my family is front and central, they are my inspiration for everything I do. When I’m in trouble I have a workshop I retreat to where I pretend to be a carpenter, I mainly make a lot of sawdust in there and not much else.

Maldives…but then Northumberland is just as beautiful and there is nobody there.
