We are offering a fantastic opportunity to shape the creative direction and vision of the UK’s leading business coaching firm. ActionCOACH UK is looking for a Creative Motion Graphic Designer who is eager to bring their own style to the role, as well as continuously develop their skill set.

With more than 250 coaches in the UK and over 1,000 worldwide, ActionCOACH delivers its proven business development systems to tens of thousands of business owners every week. Owners who turn to business coaching get the freedom and lifestyle they sought when they first went into business.

Now we are looking for a highly creative individual to work as part of our experienced marketing team, creating material to support our Action Coaches across the UK and promote the services they provide. If you think you’ve got a creative mind and an eye for detail, please get in touch.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange, film, and edit videos with our coaches to help promote their services.
•  Create an array of visually stunning material including documents, PowerPoints, posters, flyers, brochures, social media content and more.
•  Produce exciting motion graphics.
•  Create graphics that follow the established branding, as well as adding unique finishing touches.
•  Take charge of a weekly digital newsletter.

Key Skills:

•  A solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite – specifically Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop.
•  Excellent time management. This role will require you to handle multiple projects at one time, often to tight deadlines and changing schedules.
•  You will be expected to work both independently and as part of the internal marketing team.
•  A proven track record of producing creative content to a high standard.
•  A desire to continually improve your skills and push yourself when faced with new creative challenges.
