I am an energetic, effective and experienced business coach, mentor and trainer and in my 14th year as a certified ActionCOACH business coach. I have worked with over 250 small and medium sized businesses from startups to companies with turnover in excess of £25million.

My experience of growing my own company from scratch to £12 million turnover in 13 years, before we sold to Siemens has helped me guide many businesses to significant and rapid growth, while ensuring that the business owners and leaders get more time to focus on the business growth and also enjoy their roles more.

I love business and I believe it is important to keep my own business skills current. So alongside my own coaching business, I am also building a leisure business that will achieve a turnover in excess of £1m in its first year and over £1.5m by year three. I believe that this ensures I keep my business experience relevant in today’s changing economic, commercial and technological environments and so I “practice what I preach”.
