Steve has spent his career to date working in small and medium sized businesses. For the last 6 years he has been part of ActionCOACH Portsmouth, as a result, he has learned and practised all the elements of managing a successful small business with particular emphasis on sales and marketing.

As part of ActionCoach, Steve has seen first-hand the hugely positive impact that coaching makes to small and medium sizes businesses. This has developed his passion for sharing his knowledge with more local businesses. With Steve’s greatest area of expertise being in sales and marketing in both B2B and B2C markets, his first objective is to help get growth in your business, in sales and in profit.

Gary has worked for the past 8 years as a certified Business Coach with ActionCOACH, the World’s #1 Business Coaching Franchise. He brings a wealth of experience having worked as Chief Executive and Managing Director within a variety of organisations. His experience covers both the corporate world and running SME’s.

In addition to this, Gary grew the sales of a FTSE 250 company by 400% where it was then able to take on a small developing business listed on the Alternative Investment Market. His experience and success led him into looking for a more satisfying and enjoyable career where he could help other business owners succeed in owning their own business. Gary joined Action Coach in 2007 to realise this goal and now enjoys success in coaching small to medium sized business.

Before becoming a Coach Sarah’s most recent experience was as  a Director and member of the Global Leadership of an International market leading company with a turnover exceeding £1bn. Working with small, medium and Global businesses she grew sales in her designated areas by 220%. In her career Sarah has also launched Brands, and was responsible for business deliverance within the UK and Internationally.

The success and knowledge she gained led her to look for a more fulfilling career where she could share and reapply her experience. With the goal of helping business owners create a vision for their own business. She joined ActionCOACH Portsmouth in 2017 and now enjoys her days coaching small to medium sized businesses to success. Outside of her work life, Sarah has been married to Tom since September 2000 and has a son Jamie and daughter Holly. Living in the South of England with her family, Sarah is a continuous learner always looking for new skills and passions to pursue. Sarah enjoys outdoor life, photography and collects Urban and Street Art.

Liz joined the team in October 2019

Hannah joined ActionCOACH in May 2017. Hannah has previously worked for the Royal Navy in Communications. Hannah took time out to raise her daughter Willow before coming to ActionCOACH to help with all marketing activities. Hannah loves spending time with Willow and her family, baking and shopping.

Matt joined the team in May 2019
