Why You, Why Me and Why a Business Coach?

“Business Growth Fanatic” is probably a more fitting description, not of what I do but why I do it! To me the success and the results of my clients is everything and a big driver why I do what I do. When you say “I’m In” and we agree to work together once we’ve met, its because I believe in YOU and when you commit to your success I return the compliment and am 110% committed to your success too. With the right attitude and commitment your success becomes a matter of “when” not “if”.

I have a fundamental belief that our business success is pivotal to our state of mind, happiness, family and business relationships, core belief system, quality of life, self esteem and confidence to name a few.. I’ve been there, the highs, the lows, the success, the failure and get what each feels like, especially when we walk through our own front doors at night.

I’ll stretch you, challenge you, push you, educate you, celebrate with you, hold you accountable, listen to you, help you, brainstorm with you, be a confidant, be impartial, someone to look from the outside in, be a shoulder for you…I won’t be someone to BS, take your excuses or do it for you ..but all with one thing in mind, reaching your goals, potential and resultant realisation of what’s really possible.

Me? I’m an introvert (a C on the DISC profile), you won’t see me taking the limelight at networking events or making small talk for the sake of it, but love talking and working with people who have that energy, passion and enthusiasm for why and what they do. What you get from me is 2 ears and one mouth and use them in that proportion.

I want to work with great people who share my values..life’s too short and who I invest my time with is very important and I’m sure it is for you too.
