If they do become a client it is a win for them and for us. We believe it should be a win-win-win, as this reduces our marketing and you have helped. We therefore reward successful referrals by paying the referee the money they have saved us in our other marketing.

A larger engagement, e,g, coaching a leadership team too – we pay £1500

A new member of our Group Coaching Programme – we pay £500

A new member for GrowthCLUB (Quarterly Planning) or PlanningCLUB – we pay £175

We are selective about who we work with and we are not right for everyone, there is no guarantee a referral will result in a reward. However, we will always endeavour to still help via introduction to the most relevant expert and that may still result in a reward from them.
