I had a non-existent work life balance…the results were instant with Jeff. I’ve become much more strategic as a thinker and my goals have really shifted. I feel much more confident about our business, about its future. My work-life balance wasn’t good, you can say 24/7 because your business is always on your mind. The massive change was the recruitment process. Introducing systems and processes has paid off massively. The conversion rate and the quality of clients changed massively and with that comes the margin. I was running around like a headless chicken, now I’m much more in control by delegating. I’m working three days and really enjoy my work. I’m much calmer, more in control and much more pleasant to be around.

I’m proud of the growth in the business, we’re ready to scale. I’m really confident about the future of the business and growing into a business that I can be really proud of.
