Martyn Alderson, our Action Coach, has given us positive and constructive advice relevant to our business during our coaching sessions. He has been prompt to reply to any of our queries and supported our endeavours. With Martyn’s encouragement we have reviewed and strengthened the vision and goals of our lighting business. Our ideals, values, vision statement and mission statement have been implemented. Marketing strategies are now tested and measured so we can identify their success. We feel re-inspired in our career choice and, with our structures in place, we are continuously developing our business for a stronger future. We thank Martyn for his positive ideas and support.
