Profits are now up 30%
Martyn has helped me to focus on what i need to do and given me a better sense of direction and any barriers that have come in the way, he has been helping me to overcome them.
I wasn’t fulfilled , i was dissatisfied with the feeling of happiness and satisfaction. I wasn’t achieving the success i wanted. I needed to actively seek change, i wasn’t getting enjoyment from my business.
I wasn’t able to work on the structure of the business, but now with Martyn working with me i am seeing real change.
We are now up 30% year on year without increased hours of work, the growth has come without the stress. The way it is now sustainable is a lot to do with Martyn.
I am now more engaged with the business.
My advise to any entrepreneurs is to look at yourself as an investment and be open minded about receiving help and support.
