I find business and work far more enjoyable. My team are more engaged and I’ve a better relationship with the team. They’ve stepped up to take more responsibility so I no longer have to create and implement all the ideas and projects in the business.
Growth has as a result been significant with over 20% year on year to be some of our best ever years. All this has made more money but with me working fewer hours.
