At Action COACH we use a very particular definition of a Business. We see it as …” A Profitable, Commercial, Enterprise that works without you “. A genuine business should not be a place where the owner feverishly slaves away fighting fires or struggles to work through all the day to day things that must be done. Of course a business owner will be committed and passionate and dedicate a huge portion of their time, energy and emotion to the success of the business. However, they need to be working ON their business and not just IN their business. The ActionCOACH approach allows business owners to re-educate themselves about what the really important aspects of owning a business should be. Working with ActionCOACH will not magically make business easier but it will make you better at business.
