Born and raised in Belgium – I have been living in the UK since 2003.
I regularly still come out with unusual ways of saying things, translating phrases
out of Flemish or making up words… My clients call them ʻNell-ismsʼ.

Passionate about Life/Work Balance – Growing up, my dad was part of a
small family bakery and I saw the impact that had on our family life. The warm
bread and croissants in the morning were great! The working hours he (and my
mum) had to put in, not so much.

All in: I am very caring, supportive and enthusiastic, always looking for the
positive. I quickly get passionate about my clients and their business. I donʼt do
things by half. When clients sign up, they get me at 100%.

Basset Hound lover: Until 2019 I was owned by my lovely hound Rufus, who
never failed to embarrass me somehow, yet also made me laugh on a daily
basis. I love the breed and have been known to stop the car and jump out if I see
one walking somewhere! My office is dog- friendly too.

I am direct, straight talking and have a no-nonsense approach. However I am also very caring, passionate and love seeing my clients move forward and grow, both personally and as business owners. I thrive on motivating people and enjoy challenging them and pushing their boundaries.

My clients and I also have a lot of fun, not only during our coaching sessions. We attend regular educational seminars and workshops together, and maybe even more importantly, we have social events. I am proud to have such a great community amongst my clients. They are my “Nell Family
