HOW TO DEVELOP A HIGH PERFORMING TEAM:

So many business owners tell me how good their business would be, without staff and without customers!

The reality is we need both.

So let’s focus on creating a High Performing Team, who will then bring you customers, and make you money.

There are 3 pillars to having a High Performing Team.  One of these is “Culture”.  The part in the middle, the red heart is where the magic happens – this is called ENGAGEMENT, and comes from having the 3 pillars.

Interestingly if you have only 2 of the pillars out of the 3, you only get 1 benefit.  By having all 3 in harmony, you get 3 benefits.  That’s why it’s important to have the 3 pillars working together.

Of these 3 pillars, there are 9 sub-pillars to making your team a High Performing one.   Two of these are “Solution Focus” and “Recognition”.  When you understand all of these 9 sub-pillars you are then able to do a “traffic light” on your business.    Red=Poor, Orange=Needs work, and Green=doing great.

It’s a great tool to establishing a High Performance Team.
