In the previous company I owned and sold, I had great fun over the years helping business owners solve their marketing issues.

However, I realised more and more, that marketing is not the only area our clients needed assistance with. Running a small to medium sized business comes with far more issues than generating leads or sales.

With that in mind, I wanted to find out how best I can help business owners in every area of their business, not just the marketing side. I quickly realised that, like most business owners, my knowledge was restricted, so I decided to dedicate two years to learning every other area of business in greater depth so I can help other owners.

Areas like recruitment, improving cashflow, effective delegating and staff training were covered in exhaustive depth. Most of these are areas we’ve all had experience in, but no external help. I found that when you look at how others are conducting their businesses, most in fact are playing the part of an employee, and not the employer they actually are.

Most of us have simply fallen into our positions and have needed to learn along the way. Some have been successful despite themselves, while others haven’t. So, to cut a long story short, I set myself up as a business growth specialist to help people in the following four areas:

  • Growing their business
  • Helping business owners spend less time working in the business
  • Building a successful team of staff
  • Helping decrease the stress factor
