Warning #2: your pre-work
There isn’t much pre-work. But it is really important.
To get the best from our day together, there are three important things to do:
- Print and bring – Please print and bring 3-5 recent sales communications you’ve created. This could be a proposal, a slide deck, a sales email, the home page of your website, your marketing material, a sales email, a sales meeting agenda, a sales meeting diary invitation. You’ll need these so you can get his feedback on how impactful they are, and simple ways to improve them.
- Find three good and three bad – Before the day, analyse your own sales communications. Identify three things you do really well. And three things that aren’t so good. During the day, Andy will show you how to take full advantage of the former, and get rid of the latter.
- Your biggest sales challenge – As soon as you’ve confirmed your place (see below for how to do this), please email Andy your biggest sales challenge. He’ll make sure he covers this during the day.
