“Working with Martyn has been transformational. Since beginning to work with him 4 years ago, Martyn helped me shift from simply thinking as an IFA to stepping fully into my role as a business owner and director. That change has been game-changing, giving me the confidence to think strategically about the future of Suttons and how we serve our clients.
That change has also driven real results — Suttons has grown 20%+ year-on-year and my personal contribution has increased by 175%. Beyond the numbers, coaching with Martyn has pushed me to lead differently, to act with greater authority, and to inspire the team to deliver even higher standards of client service.
We now have a stronger team, a clearer vision and coming to work every day genuinely excites me. I believe our future has never looked brighter — and much of that is thanks to Martyn’s guidance and challenge along the way.”
