If I was owner of a company, definitelly John would be a couch I would hire for me and my team

I met John during Lean project in which I was a plant coordinator and he with his “hba” colleagues consultancy hired to help our company. During project I knew that John is not just a new consultant which identifies company problems, offers solutions and leaves like many other before him which visited our company, but he is indeed the couch which is willing and keen to fully transfer his knowledge to his client. In other words, instead of to give you a fish, he gives his full energy to teach you fishing and even to find fun in it. Whith his typical friendly way and british sence of humour people loved to work with him like with the couch which helped them to identify their strong points and let them to grow professionaly and personally. If I was owner of a company, definitelly John would be a couch I would hire for me and my team.
