John Gibson – Aventus LawWe’re a firm of solicitors and have been going for around 6 years. We’ve been growing steadily over that period of time, but my training is as a lawyer, with a little bit of management training, but certainly not in terms of building a business.. We began working with Stuart in Spring 2017 and wow, it’s been a powerful process and education.
The way that we were running the business previously was much more ad-hoc. We needed some structure. We needed some focus. We needed a plan! We needed to actually work out where we wanted to be, and who we wanted to be. When I first heard Stuart speak about working these things out in a really simple, blindingly obvious way, there’s so many powerful concepts that it brings to the forefront of your mind. When you bring them all together, you really start to achieve great things.
