From working with ActionCOACH, Wigwam holidays is now a national holiday franchise! The company itself has grown exponentially with turnover increasing from 400k to 1.4m! With a net profit increase from 45k to 100k!
Charles felt that Wigwam holidays were very much a builders first, holiday company second. He was involved 7 days a week working IN the business and had no plan going forward. However, Charles now spends 60% of his time working ON the business and not in the business. The company also has a very clear vision moving forward, meaning Charles has a much better work life balance and time to spend with his family.
