Michelle and Ben are typical hands-on business owners, they love what they do with recruitment, they love the challenge, the needing to respond to clients. As much as I try and persuade them that they are business owners and someone should be doing that for them, they say “No, but we like this” and sometimes as a Coach, you have to let go and say “Yep, if you like it, that’s fine” It’s still a lot of fun helping them grow their business!
