I recently attended one of Julian’s business planning courses, since I felt my business had a real lack of forecasting and prioritisation. Julian’s course delivered on meeting these objectives, and many, many more. He really helped me explore where I wanted the business to go, under what timescales and what success would look like. On a broader level, we also investigated how this would fit and meet my own wider personal aspirations. As a result, I now have a very clear plan, both for within the business and outside, and have renewed confidence and energy in pushing my business and personal life forward to meet these goals.
