We began working with ActionCOACH business coach Suj Legha in March 2017. The main reason was to improve the profitability of the business as the previous year 2016 had been tough.
In addition to the profitability side of things we needed to implement systems whereby the staff were constantly aware of and monitoring the numbers regularly.
By implementing strategies that test and measure all aspects of the business from sales value, margin, conversion rate and the marketing side of the business we have seen a great turnaround in profitability…. more than £250,000 in the past year alone!!
