I have been working with Julian from Action Coach for well over a year now, meeting once every 2 weeks. We spend the time together discussing targets and how to get there, and issues and how to resolve them. Without having someone beside me to give me the extra confidence that I need to “run with the big boys”, I would not be on the path that I am now on, winning contracts with some of the biggest companies in the Tunbridge Wells area.
I am inspired to go from strength to strength in my business, and this is purely with having Julian as my mentor. I always say that even if you are the best swimmer in the County, you are not going to make Olympic level without a great coach working with you, pushing you to that next level.
