The story so far…

Tilletts are a fast fashion ladies clothing business. Before working with John as their ActionCOACH, they were at capacity, all working hard but without any clear direction.

They couldn’t take holidays together and just couldn’t get away from doing the work in the business.
After working since January 2016 with John, their ActionCOACH, they have processes, systems and the team in place to manage and deliver the work – as well as a 400% increase in turnover since starting.

The result – they have a multi-award-winning business, more holidays than before and their family life has improved.

Before working with John, we were at full capacity but didn’t have a clear direction. We were ‘running around like headless chickens.’ John helped us focus our minds and made us think about what we were doing and where we were going.

We were sceptical at first and even avoided his call, but once we started to work with him we were hooked.  ActionCOACH planning from the first day focussed our minds on the right things in the right order to progress the business forward.

• We looked at systemisation from order through to dispatch.
• We used the ‘5 Ways Model’ to look at profitability, specifically on Lead Generatuion.
•  With in 10 months we had increased our email database from 2500, to 13,000.

The organisation, systems, plans that were put in place from early doors, bore fruit almost instantaneously. We are accountable for our actions each week and this drives you on and keeps you motivated.  As a result we are now spending more time working on the business instead of in the business
