To find the successful feeling…

‘To find the successful feeling’, thats what I said to Suj when we first meet, not sure if he remembers but my overall feeling in business has never been of success although I have won awards and built a business that turned over £4.5m I have never felt like a success.
I have along with Suj’s help turned my small restaurant around by increasing turnover by 146% over the crucial festive period and an overall 40% turnover YOY.
In 2017 I bought, refurbished and opened successfully a nightclub in the centre of my home town and i can honestly say without the guidance and pushing from Suj it would not have been possible.
The club has now seen over 30,000 visitors over the door in the first 9 months and put on sell-out shows with artists like The View & Glasvegas and is establishing itself as one of Fife’s No1 entertainment venues.
Suj has also pushed my personal development with reading advice and public speaking. He also puts up with my crazy ramblings and business ideas bringing some common sense to them in a skilled and detailed manner.
I am now razor focused on my numbers which was never the case before and I am starting to get an idea of what success really feels like!
2018 is going to be my greatest business year yet! Yes that’s not a SMART goal but Suj has me working on that and I have to say that before we got together i don’t think i could possibly have had the confidence to say that.
