I had an alignment consultation with Jon and soon realised, I was a million miles away from both where I needed to be as a Managing Director, but more importantly where the business needed to be in order for us to grow successfully at the pace it was growing at.
Not only have we put in place the systems to deal with rapid expansion, but he has also worked with me as an MD to become a much better leader, ultimately getting the most from my team, implementing KPI’s for each and every member of the team so we can be more productive & keep growing as well as an awesome dashboard to monitor each and every crucial operation in the business. Jon is a serious coach and he’s not afraid of getting stuck in to do whatever’s necessary to get you were you and your business need to be.
One of the final pieces in the puzzle for me was going to the “90 Day Growth Club”, where we met other businesses that are / were facing the same issues as us and came away from the day, with not only a solid 90 day action plan, but we got to share some experiences of the issues & challenges other businesses just like us have overcome as a result of working with an Action Coach.
There’s no doubt in my mind that Jon & the team at Action Coach have helped me in so many areas, for someone with such a strong character it was hard for me to accept I needed the help, “things are fine as they are” etc etc. But try them and you’ll honestly see a huge difference to both you as an MD, as well as your entire company. Our sales have improved 850% since working with Jon, that’s the reality.
