When I first met Tim, he was really struggling in his business. He was working 60-80 hours per week and spending 90% of his time working ON the shop floor rather than driving the business. At the time he could not see a way of taking business forward without him working even harder IN the business.
Within the first 2 months Tim found that the planning and focus helped him to gain control and start to grow his business effectively. He put systems in place which improved efficiencies and profits and enabled him to employ more staff, which then generated more free time for himself.
Tim now enjoys a lot more free time with his family and has been able to devote a lot of time to photography, one of his passions.
