So what are some signs?

  • Paper files strewn in your office
  • Paper files with cobwebs
  • Segmented files; subdivided files
  • A stretching “to do list”- paper and digital- that’s making no improvement to your business/finances
  • Unproductive team meetings…ditto suppliers…ditto prospects
  • No SYSTEMS to control progress
  • The wrong Team members
  • Not managing your time —typically “spending it” v “investing it”—
  • Lack of focus
  • Lack of fun
  • Grinding
  • Fatigue
  • Bad tempered
  • Frustration – with all around you

This is all seriously debilating and negative………so get POSITIVELY refocussed:

  • Re-establish priorities
  • Set SMART goals and strategies and execution
  • Recheck your WHY?
  • Get some help from someone!
  • Make a deal with yourself? — Make this list: What am I going to STOP doing; START doing; do MORE of; DO LESS of?…and if you have TEAM get them to do the same!
