In life and in business, every now and then you encounter someone truly remarkable, someone whose passion, grit, and dedication stand out. One such individual is my client, Zinthiya Ganeshpanchan, the incredible force behind The Zinthiya Trust.
Coaching a charity is a different challenge compared to coaching a traditional business. Yes, the same pressures exist; budgeting, strategy, managing teams, and maintaining a solid P&L. But what makes Zinthiya stand out is her unwavering clarity of purpose and her relentless drive to turn plans into action.
While it can sometimes take a bit of work to pull the plan out of her head and get it down on paper, once it’s there, she runs with it and the results speak for themselves. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of watching her grow not just as a leader, but as a visionary, someone who learns constantly and brings that knowledge back to benefit the community.
Her passion is infectious. Her resilience is unshakable. And in the difficult economic landscape charities face today, her achievements are nothing short of inspiring.
So, it gives me great pleasure to give Zinthiya a massive shoutout: she’s just won her third Biz X Award, this time for Impact Within the Community. The Biz X Awards are highly competitive, with hundreds of businesses, many of them top-tier SMEs, vying for recognition. For a charity to be named among them is an exceptional accomplishment.
To see Zinthiya and the Zinthiya Trust recognized once again for their contribution and social impact is both well-deserved and a testament to what happens when purpose meets persistence.
Congratulations, Zinthiya! Keep that drive and steely determination going—your community and your peers are better for it.
