Learn to say “No”

Are you a nice person who likes to say “Yes” to every opportunity or request for help?

Are you spreading yourself thin as a result? Is it time to write down where your priorities are & apply laser sharp focus to your primary goals & filter out the rest?

Sometimes we need to learn to say “No”.

When I became a Business Growth Specialist I came across dozens of  opportunities that looked amazing.

I took them all on and said yes to everything.  After many months of running myself ragged & being torn in every direction I realised that I couldn’t do everything that I’d started.

It was time to take a good hard look at where my long term goals lay & trim away everything that didn’t fit in with them.

Those things proving to be a distraction. Another thing I had to do was stop looking at all the new shiny things & stick with the core tools that I already had in my possession.

So Reduce your commitments. Remove the distractions. Apply laser Focus and the Results will start to flow.
