Only Go on Social Media with a Purpose!

Are you wasting your life surfing Social Media?

Are you addicted to viewing pointless pictures of people’s dinners?

How about spending hours a day watching people’s “Stories”?

Social Media can be a Black Hole sucking away your time & productivity.

If you want to get more stuff done in your life then it’s time to become aware of how often you go on Social Media, & (just as importantly) what’s your purpose in going on each one?

Once you’re aware of the frequency you’re visiting social media sites, it’s easier to take control.

It can become an addictive habit that’s hard to break.

You may find yourself actually going through withdrawal symptoms!

If you need to go on social sites then make sure you do it in a specified time window in your diary.

Once that time window is up, then come off & refuse to go on until the next scheduled slot.

You’ll be amazed at how much more time you’ll find to do more productive activities.

If you’re sat at a PC all day then don’t have social media open in your browser, close it all down.

If you use your phone, turn off the notifications!

Let’s liberate ourselves from spending too much time on Social Media!
