The story of how Coaching helped Zing Events take control and achieve amazing results

Charlie Berry (right in photo), co-founder and Director of Zing Events, talks about the impact that Yiannis Yianni, Business Coach & Mentor, has had on their business.

Zing Events is a leader in the provision of corporate team-building solutions. Charlie and his business partner, Andy Wells, had turned Zing into a successful small business with a strong reputation in the industry. However, they realised that the business revolved around them and they were working long, intensive hours.

They brought Yiannis in to help them to start working ‘on’ their business, rather just just ‘in’ it. Working together, they implemented a strategy to have them focus on the important issues, not just the urgent. Charlie talks about how Yiannis helped them see more clearly and focus their attention on the things that, in his own words, “made the boat go faster”.

Charlie and Andy saw marked results within 6 months, as a direct consequence of the Coaching they were receiving. The business scaled quickly, revenues and profits increased significantly and Charlie and Andy were in complete control and had a clear destination and a plan of how to get there.
