I started working with Paul back in 2017, after we met at BNI. Paul’s world had changed with the birth of his son and was looking to have a better balance of home / work but also wanted to grow his business. In 12 months, he doubled his turnover and was working less hours.
With a clearer business strategy and a focus on what sort of customers Paul wanted, he was able to get the ‘right’ type of work. Paul’s coaching sessions were always memorable as he use to treat me to some lunch as well.
