Alan is a motivated business growth specialist with 30 years’ professional experience. A Business Coach with 17 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, mentoring and managing internal and field based sales professional, and a further 13 years managing and coaching world class service delivery teams.
Alan has proven business development and account management skills. Through effective mentoring and coaching in consultative sales processes and other sales methodologies, he has time after time achieved results, increased average transaction values, increased sales conversions, built better qualified pipelines and reduced sales cycles.
Alan also has vast experience in developing effective strategies for businesses he has worked for and with. As well as running a successful small business, I have been an active member on three consecutive senior management teams & boards, delivering real growth strategies and staff engagement.
Alan is committed to helping business owners realise what they originally set out to do by improving cash flow and profit, spending their time where they add most value, leveraging the capability of their teams and building a resilient, scalable business.
