My career has incorporated a combination of Business Ownership, Coaching, Sales and Finance roles. After an early career in Finance, I moved into Financial Recruitment (Telesales in disguise!) before moving into Coaching and Training, gaining an MSc in Training and being accredited by the BPS.
For the last 20+ years, I have been running my own business with an increasing focus on supporting individuals setting up, running and growing their own enterprises. As a consequence, I have experienced first hand the trials and tribulations of business ownership and seen it through the experience and adventures of those people I have worked with – the stress; the frustration; the reward; the highs; the lows; and the challenges.
