“I am a director and owner of a small but growing law firm with a headcount of around 5 members of staff / consultants. I was initially reluctant to consider business coaching but I found that after 3 years of growth that I was no longer a “one-man band” and needed professional insight to help me grow my business further in a sustainable way that would not mean that I am working even more hours than before.
