I have been working with Falguni Desai on the 90 days planner since Jan 2021. Yup not exactly 90 days you may be saying, but actually I like the fact that it keeps me focused and drives my business forward. My business is delivering events and as you can imagine this industry has been very much challenged during COVID. I have had to rapidly change my business processes in order to keep up to date. With all this change it can be difficult to think of the longer picture, so this programme really suits me.
Let’s face it family don’t always understand what the solopreneur goes through. Working in a small team means that we all work through these challenges together and I have support to overcome them. Falguni is always calm, level headed on call should a big problem arise unexpectantly. Again we work through the problem together.
I have grown as a business owner, as a person and my business is more robust than it has ever been. I look forward to continuing my business journey with her on the ongoing 90 day plan.
