WHAT I DO: I help business owners grow their business & profits with proven strategies that support their long-term goals. My job is to be an expert in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, growth, business systemisation and management & team building. Your job is to be an expert in your own business. Working together we can apply our combined expertise to deliver sustainable profit and growth potential.

WHO I WORK WITH: I coach and mentor business owners in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas from my office in the centre of St Albans. I provide one to one and Senior Management Team coaching as well as training in areas such as team engagement, sales and marketing, managing change, customer services and more.

HOW I DO IT: We start with an evaluation of your business – what’s working, what isn’t. From there, we establish your goals and develop a customised coaching programme and action plan for short and long term achievement. My coaching programme is entirely tailored to each business and individual.
