When you start with coaching, it’s imperative that you start seeing some results straight away.

So you know you’ve made the right decision.

But sometimes we need to go back and correct some bad habits before we can move forward.

I often compare it to going on a diet or the gym.

By making the small changes, you start to feel the difference but it might take a few months before everyone else sees the difference! I

always aim for 6 months to really start seeing the difference with coaching but will get some “little wins”on the books as early as possible so you can feel great!
