Today he is recognised as an entrepreneur and business owner with over
20 years of experience. He is a highly motivated and results-orientated
business coach/consultant with a proven track record of success across blue chip FTSE listed organisations, start-ups and a diverse range of SMEs in both B2B and B2C markets.

He similarly possesses considerable experience of working with, and
for, both family run/owned businesses and private equity backed organisations both in UK and overseas. He is well-versed in initiating and delivering business transformation and change management projects, mergers & acquisition activity, new product development, digital and omni-channel ventures.

Chris combines an innovative, entrepreneurial style along with a highly
collaborative approach to all of his coaching & consultancy work. He is
open, honest and constantly looks to challenge himself and his clients in
search of bigger and better. A former first-class rugby player, Chris maintains his love of the sport although these days, more often than not, he finds himself following and supporting his daughters’ ambitions in the equestrian world.

Following a degree in International Business Studies, Rachel pursued a 15-year career in sales and marketing. Working with some of
the UK’s top media organisations and best-loved brands, her experience encompasses all major sales and marketing disciplines. Her career boasts
significant general management expertise and first-hand experience of the responsibilities of operating as a board director.

Rachel possesses a wealth of experience as a heavyweight sales and marketing director with particular exposure to business transformation, change management, new product development, mergers and acquisitions and people development.

Rachel combines a strong business coaching ethos and highly collaborative approach to her work which allows her clients to grow in a safe and supportive environment. She is passionate about people development and allowing everyone to realise their true potential. Similarly, Rachel is open, honest and constantly looks to challenge herself and her clients in search of bigger and better.

Email Rebecca

After completing her A Level studies and achieving great grades in French, Sociology and Psychology Rebecca took the increasingly popular decision to undertake an apprenticeship rather than go to university.

She joined the Chalkhill Blue team in September 2017 as our Digital & Social Media Marketing Apprentice. Today, Rebecca is responsible for managing all of Chalkhill Blue’s digital and social media channels along with those of our individual coaches.

A shining example of the benefits of ongoing learning & development Rebecca possesses huge energy and enthusiasm for her role. Through the innovation and creativity that she brings to her digital marketing responsibilities she has already been able to makes a massive impact on the company’s new client generation and event management activity.
