“You can’t manage what you don’t measure.” My Ph.D. in the sciences was rooted in a ‘test and measure’ methodology and I believe this approach is fundamental to driving business growth. I work with business owners identifying their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These might be rates of lead generation, sales conversions, and incidences of repeat business. We then we use ‘test and measure’ methods to continuously improve them. Multiple adjustments that drive many small incremental changes across your KPIs will collectively have a massive impact on the growth of your business.
