Before working with Stuart we had considerable issues in our business, mainly employee issues, cash flow and profitability issues – so all the big ones really. The 5 Ways numbers is a core strategy of ActionCOACH and I found that it’s been absolutely essential to running our business now. The break-even analysis tells you when does a business break even, at what point during the week, the day, the year which is very important to know. The customer analysis is where you grade your customers from A to D and actually go about sacking some of your customers because they’re not really very good for your business.

Working with Stuart and the team has been an absolute dream. Stuart and his entire team are incredibly consistent and very, very helpful. Whenever they send any emails, if you’re having to visit somewhere, there’s always directions. If you ask them any questions they come back with concise answers. 

Our return on investment in ActionCOACH has been at least five fold every single month and we can see it continuing to do so exponentially.
