Hear how working with a Coach helped double enquiries and projects at HH Instyle Interiors
Helen Howe, founder and Creative Director of HH Instyle Interiors, had a successful Hertfordshire-based interior design business. As her reputation grew, Helen took on more projects but she found herself working all the time, with no time to think about how to work smarter or where the business was going.
Helen began to realise that she wanted to accelerate the growth of her business but at the same time she wanted to build a business she could enjoy. In the Summer of 2020, at a time when many businesses were retrenching in the face of the pandemic, Helen made the decision that she could not do this herself and that she needed help.
One of key the steps she took was to engage with Business Coach & Mentor, Yiannis Yianni. As Helen says “Yiannis challenged me and helped me think differently”. For the first time, Helen started to work on her business, not just in it, and she started to think more strategically.
Within months, Helen built a team of 3 to work with her and her marketing strategy began to show results. Very soon the number of enquiries and projects she was working on doubled and her capacity trebled. She is still working hard but much smarter, and Helen is now able to spend more time with her clients and on the design work itself, which she loves.
Helen is fast becoming the go-to interior designer in Hertfordshire, with some projects of outstanding quality to her name. She knows there’s a long way to go, but as she says “Yiannis keeps me accountable and on track”.
