To understand where you are now and how that relates to where you want to go, we have to go through some of the detail that you haven’t had the time (or possibly the inclination) to dig into.
The first thing I do is analyse your numbers: the sales figures, margins and cash flow. This means we can work out what’s making you money, what isn’t, and how we can make your profitable activities more profitable.
I then work with you to devise strategies to maximise your business’s profit and cash flow. It may be implementing a sales process, marketing, systems or strategic planning – in fact any element of the business, for they all contribute to the bottom line.
I will set goals with you, and ensure you have the knowledge and tools to execute your plan and ensure your targets are met within the agreed time frame.
