What would you see as some of the main benefits of our work together?
“Since working with you, the club has gone from strength to strength. I have put in place measures that makes the member experience not only more enjoyable but a lot less hassle.
You have helped me find ways to grow the club with the right kind of people and make sure that above all else I stay true to my roots and ensure everyone at Hale Karate Club continues to develop themselves to their utmost ability.

What tangible results have you seen so far?
“The numbers speak for themselves, we had an initial target of 10 new members a month, in order to become a 100 member Club. In our first month we achieved 14, an increase in club membership of over 20%. This provided the club with a healthy cash injection – which we plan to reinvest as part of our growth plans that we are building with you.
You also helped me increase my conversion rate from 60% to 80% meaning a higher number of leads to members of the club. Last month we experienced a 44% growth in client numbers. We are well on our way to achieving our 10+ a month member goal and so far have a 100% conversion rate with no churn.

“I can’t wait to see what the future holds as we work hard to give the best possible experience to all who walk through the dojo doors. Your help has enabled me to spend less time in the business and more time on the business. Not wasting time on laborious tasks and doing what I love most, teaching! We will aim to be a 200 member Club by the end of this year””
